Custom 5 Panel Footbag Planning Specifications

Our 5 panel footbag is a quality corporate and promotional premium. This footbag is made with a supple, durable imitation suede ideal for the game of hacky sack; durable enough to last through thousands of hours of play. This is not a throw-away toy. Loosely filled with polyethylene plastic beads.

This footbag consists of 5 shaped panels sewn together by hand. Choose fabric panel colors and ink colors for your silk-screened logo. Screen printing done prior to sewing. Use the panel layouts below to plan logo placement and sizing. Production time 3 to 5 weeks depending on quantity.

Base fabric panel colors may be chosen from standard Pantone colors as can logo ink colors. It is recommended to select a lighter colored panel(s) to place your logo which is silk-screened, and the larger panels 4 & 5 are best for logo placement. You can span both panels for larger logos.

Included in the base product price is a one or two colored logo on one panel, however, you may silk screen additional panels up to all 5 panels for an additional charge. Likewise, you may select additional ink colors for your logos for additional charges (see  below), including up to 5 colors on each logo. To print on extra panels  is an additional $0.10 per logo per  footbag.

Color Selection: We will attempt to match your specific PMS color for panel and ink colors, however, we can not promise an exact match. Usually we come within 2 PMS color numbers. If you need a closer match, we recommend ordering a pre-production sample to check color matching.

Select your ink colors for your silk screened message. Extra ink colors (up to 4 per image), cost $0.10 per footbag for each extra color.

In choosing your ink color, we recommend to select primary colors that offer good contrast on light colored panels. Additional silkscreened panels cost $0.10 extra  per footbag for each additional printed panel. Provide artwork & panel numbers for each logo, or use our layout.

Artwork must be rendered as clip art. No blends or shading. Simplify artwork if complicated and eliminate words too small to print.  Provide digital artwork in .JPG, .TIF, .EPS or .PDF formats, make your file sizes smaller than 2 Mb.
